Events Catering
Ever since the lemon drizzle cakes I made in a Glasgow youth hostel when I was 19 sold out, I've been enjoying making food for events. I really like food and I cater food that I would like to eat myself.
My current focus is delicious cold or hot buffets for meetings, parties and any other kind of get together.

I cook from home and my kitchen has a 5 star hygiene rating. I am insured and have a current food safety level 2 qualification. I've catered for festivals,weddings, meetings, all sorts of parties - and sold an awful lot of cakes. I have an NVQ in patisserie, have worked as a chef at Real Patisserie and Bill's, and used to sell vegan cakes to Infinity cafe (including an amazing chocolate cheesecake)
