I'm Anna Schwarz, The Cardamom Pod is my way of sharing my enthusiasm for food with as many people as possible.

I have worked as a community cook for over 20 years and as a caterer for even longer.

I believe that cooking & eating is one of the most satisfying & creative ways to bring people together. I have a wealth of experience teaching people to cook and making food for events, and can offer both of these through The Cardamom Pod.
